Italian expressions

Magari andiamo al mare!

“Magari” = maybe / we’ll see

But it’s never just one meaning.

In Italian, “magari” can also express:

• a wish → Magari!

• a hypothetical idea → Magari fosse così

Example:
Magari andiamo al mare domani.
→ Maybe we’ll go to the sea tomorrow.
